Most website pages and short documents are delivered within 1–4 business days. Larger catalogs and structured UI files may take 2–6 business days depending on scope.

Yes. Each translation includes a QA pass. Proofreading-only services are also available if you already have a translation.
One revision pass is included within the revision window (typically 7 days) for edits that stay within the agreed scope.

Yes. We preserve tables, placeholders, and tags where applicable. For structured content (JSON/HTML), we follow placeholder rules and validate for missing tokens.
After you approve the fixed quote, you pay via Stripe Checkout. You’ll receive a receipt by email and we start work according to the agreed timeline.

Refunds depend on project stage. If work has not started, we can refund. After translation has begun, refunds may be partial based on completed milestones.
We treat project files as confidential and share them only for delivery. Secure links are available for sensitive documents.
