Refund Policy

Because translation services are digital and typically begin soon after payment, refunds depend on project stage.

Eligible refunds

  • Before work starts: If you cancel before translation begins, we can issue a full refund.
  • After work starts: Refunds may be partial, based on completed milestones (e.g., terminology setup, translated sections).
  • After delivery: If the agreed deliverable is provided, refunds are generally not available, but we will address quality issues through revisions within scope.

Milestone approach

  • We may structure larger projects into milestones (e.g., 25%/50%/100%) and invoice accordingly.
