How payments work (Stripe Checkout).
We use Stripe Checkout to process payments securely. You approve a fixed quote first, then pay using a secure Stripe-hosted checkout page. After successful payment, Stripe sends an email receipt and we begin work according to the agreed scope and timeline.
Billing descriptor
Your bank statement may show a descriptor similar to: TRANSLATEPARTNER. The exact descriptor depends on Stripe settings and card issuer formatting.
Security
- Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this website template.
- We only receive payment confirmation and relevant billing details needed for invoicing.
Receipts, disputes & refunds
Receipt
Stripe emails a receipt after payment. We can also provide an invoice on request.
Disputes
If you have an issue, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly and avoid unnecessary disputes.
